Computer Repair Done With CARE!!! We are not the largest shop by far, but we don’t keep our customers out of the loop; we talk to our customers. We show our customers what’s wrong with their computers while we fix the problems with their computers. We don’t believe in treating our customers like idiots, because they aren’t. They are simply normal people who aren’t a bunch of GEEKS who already know everything — heck, if they were, they wouldn’t need our services! That is our philosophy in business — give our customers what they need while treating them as the valued customers they are — plain and simple! 

We repair every computer like they were OUR OWN!!!. In some businesses the customer just ISN’T “always right”. Granted the customer may have an idea about what they “want”. But, if we do not feel it is beneficial, is going to harm the smooth operation of the computer or is not needed then the customer will not get it from us. We are open to suggestions. But, if one of the technicians does not agree with the customers’ way they will not do it! We don’t need the money BAD ENOUGH to do it WRONG. If the customer wants the computer work done different they can take it somewhere else or change it when they get home. This business is a TRIED and TRUE business.
